Return & refund policy
At Smart Guying Guide, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, we're here to help with easy returns and refunds. Please read our policy carefully.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

A valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Used, damaged, or altered items

Items without original packaging or tags

Personal care items (like undergarments, beauty products)

Customized or made-to-order products

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable"
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Email us at support@smartguyingguide.com with your order ID and reason for return.

Our support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Once approved, you will be asked to ship the item back to our return address.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
4. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

We'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Double-check your bank or payment account.

Contact your credit card company or bank—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before it is shipped—whichever comes first. Once the item is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
